globainsight Surpasses $120M in Annual Recurring Revenue as Enterprise Demand for AI-Powered Insights Accelerates

globainsight today announced it has surpassed $120 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), marking a 85% year-over-year growth rate that the company attributes to accelerating enterprise adoption of its AI Analytics suite and expanding global panel infrastructure. The company now serves over 600+ enterprise customers across 45 countries, including 120 of the Fortune 500.

The AI Analytics suite — which includes automated narrative generation, predictive driver modelling, and natural language querying — has become the company's fastest-growing product line, now accounting for 38% of total revenue. Customers using AI Analytics report an average 40% reduction in time-to-insight and a 28% increase in research programme ROI.

'When we launched AI Analytics two years ago, the industry was sceptical that AI could produce research-grade analysis,' said Priya Sharma, Chief Product Officer at globainsight. 'Today, our AI generates over 100,000 insight summaries per month — each one statistically validated and reviewed by a human researcher. The combination of AI scale and human rigour is what's driving adoption at the enterprise level.'

The company also announced plans to invest an additional $150M in AI R&D over the next 18 months, with a focus on multilingual natural language processing, real-time video interview analysis, and automated multi-market survey harmonisation.
