globainsight Wins 'Best Workplace in Tech' for Third Consecutive Year

globainsight has been named the 'Best Workplace in Tech' by Great Place to Work for the third consecutive year, achieving a 94% employee satisfaction score across its 850-person workforce spanning 18 countries. The recognition places globainsight in the top 1% of technology companies globally for employee experience.

The annual survey, which gathered confidential feedback from all globainsight employees, highlighted the company's distributed-first culture, transparent compensation framework, and four-day 'Focus Week' policy as the most valued programmes. globainsight's equity and inclusion score was a perfect 100%, reflecting a workforce where 52% of senior leadership roles are held by women and 38% by underrepresented minorities.

'We've invested heavily in making globainsight a place where great people do their best work, regardless of where they sit,' said Devon Hartwell, Chief People Officer. 'Our distributed-first model isn't just about remote work — it's about designing every process, from performance reviews to career development, for an asynchronous, global workforce.'

The company added over 800 roles in the past twelve months, with particular growth in its Mexico City, Singapore, and Berlin engineering hubs. globainsight currently has 240 open positions across engineering, AI research, client solutions, and commercial teams.
